Framingham Baseball (FB) offers many different levels of baseball over the summer.
In Town Summer Baseball
Summer in town baseball in Framingham is a great opportunity to keep playing baseball or to try it out for the first time. It is a fun and laid back chance to play team baseball in the summer without having to travel to other towns. Leagues typically start in early July and run through August.
The exact format of our leagues will depend on the number of registrations that we have for each group, but we target 1 to 2 games a week on weeknights, and a practice over the weekend.
Allstars / Summer Travel Baseball
For players aged 8-12, we participate in several different leagues of competitive baseball against other towns. Travel teams are competitive and players are selected as an allstar to participate. Players must have participated in spring baseball with Framingham, and played in at least 8 of their team's games to be eligible for an allstar selection.
Sparklers - 8YO Tournament in Ashland
Tondorf - 9-12YO Tournament in Tondorf. We field 1 team per age, and we decide each year whether to play alongside a LLB Tournament for each age.
Tondorf and Sparkler use LLB age brackets, aligning our teams to LLB tournament eligibility and ensuring teams can play together in the years prior to the 12YO Williamsport tournament.
LLB Tournaments - 10-11-12YO Tournaments. We decide each year what ages to play, however we will always have a 12YO allstar team in the tournament that ends with the LLB World Series in Williamsport.
We also have a number of travel team options on the "big diamond" for players over 13.
